The Creator set out to work one day, Like a potter, out to make a pot with clay. He fashioned her, His heart filled with mirth, Even before he created, the face of this earth. He measured with grace, her unerring height, Even before He ever said, “Let there be light”. He fondly chose what her name was to be, Even before He called out the stars of the galaxy. He pondered over the colour of her hair, Even before He gave the ocean its share. He worked out the twinkle of her eyes, Even before He splendidly coloured the butterflies. | He delicately chose where her mole ought to lie, Even before He blew the clouds into the sky. He gently drew the curve that formed a smile on her lips, Even before He seasoned to blossom, the roses and the tulips. He carefully etched out the heart to be placed inside her, Even before the Messiah called on his Holy Father. He patiently traced out her fingerprints, Even before He taught the cheetahs, their sprints. He smiled when He reflected upon her exquisite being, Even before she knew her existence, or I this feeling! He was pleased with the best of His creations, Even before He assigned the planets their, revolutions. He loved her. He loved her so dearly, Even before the first mother loved her first baby.
